Marg Warren and Jesse Egan are without doubt the most outstanding pigeon racing partnership that Melbourne has ever seen. Since they commenced to fly with the Greater Melbourne Pigeon Federation, just a short two and a half seasons ago, they have won an amazing,

20 ‘FIRST’ FEDERATION POSITIONS

They have sought out and purchased the best quality stock birds available and have worked consistently towards breeding ‘WINNING BIRDS’. To be the BEST is simply not good enough!!

This year they are offering to breed a select number of race teams for the 2007 race season. Bloodlines include Houben, Vandenabeele, Van Loon, Janssen, Smeulders, Goodger, Prior and Webber. Some squeakers in race teams will be from stock birds that have bred multiple 1^st FED winners. In young birds 2006, VHA and GMPF liberated together for all races. Marg and Jesse had the fastest velocity (for both FED’s) in 5 out of the 7 races. This includes the Young bird Derby. Average velocities were 1000 to 1200 m/min. Over the past 2 and a half seasons we have won a total of 20 X 1^st FED’s.
